Why work with me?

I have resided in St Croix and held a real estate license here since 2006, but I have bought and sold real estate for investment purposes for forty years.  I hold a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the university of Georgia and have been an entrepreneur and business owner for most of my adult life.  I love St. Croix, and my experience selling real estate on the island gives my clients a broad perspective on the real estate market. 

I began my island real estate career as an exclusive buyer’s agent and property manager. Then, I moved to a Coldwell Banker franchise to broaden my experience, which included representing sellers and marketing property.  Later, I was recruited to become an agent in a new Sotheby’s franchise on the island, where I gained tremendous experience in branding and selling to higher-end clients.  In 2015, I started a new firm - St Croix Island Life Real Estate - and assembled a team of like-minded individuals to service buyers and sellers.  

In the summer of 2023, St Croix Island Life Real Estate decided to collaborate with Seaglass Properties and joined their team. Now, most of the former Island Life agents and I are affiliated with Seaglass.

I will listen to your needs, give you honest and realistic advice and feedback, and use my knowledge, experience, service orientation, and marketing know-how to ensure you achieve your real estate goals.   Above all, we will have a good time!
