Originally from Denmark, Sanni relocated to St. Croix in 2004, where she soon met her husband, Jay. Together they are raising their two daughters and have built a life deeply rooted in the island community.

Her love of real estate was inspired early on by her father, a builder, which gave her a natural eye for design and the ability to see the hidden potential in any property. Today, that perspective shapes how she guides clients—offering insight into renovations, creative marketing strategies, and even virtual renderings to help buyers truly envision their future homes.

As Managing Broker for Sea Glass Properties on St. Croix, Sanni spearheaded the office’s launch in 2021. Since then, Sea Glass has consistently ranked among the top three real estate companies on the island, with Sanni herself recognized as one of the top three agents in St. Croix. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a member of Luxury Portfolio International®, and holds a degree in Marketing Economics from the International Business Academy of Kolding, Denmark.

Beyond her professional work, Sanni is passionate about introducing new residents to the island she’s called home for more than 20 years. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for individuals and companies relocating to St. Croix, answering questions not just about homes, but about island life.

When she’s not helping clients, Sanni can be found on the water, playing tennis, or spending time with her family and friends. She also served on the Board of the St. George Village Botanical Garden from 2018 to 2025 and currently represents Denmark as the Honorary Consul in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
