With nearly two decades of experience in the St. Croix real estate market, Cindy Devlin is a trusted and highly respected Realtor® known for her results-driven yet client-first approach. Licensed since 2007, Cindy holds multiple advanced certifications—including ABR®, AHWD, C2EX, RENE, and SRS—demonstrating her commitment to professionalism, negotiation excellence, and inclusive client service.

Cindy has successfully guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through the St. Croix real estate process, from beachfront homes and luxury villas to investment properties and relocation purchases. Her expertise has even been featured on HGTV’s Caribbean Life, showcasing her deep knowledge of the USVI market and lifestyle.

Originally from West Texas, Cindy began her academic journey early—attending college while still in high school—and later completed her Liberal Arts studies in Durango, Colorado. Before transitioning into real estate, she built an impressive 25+ year corporate career spanning oil & gas, publishing, retail, and advertising, ultimately serving as a Director of Learning & Development in New York City. She also holds an executive coaching certification, bringing a unique level of communication, strategy, and client advocacy to every transaction.
