As Office Manager of the St. Croix branch of Sea Glass Properties, Andrew Gamble keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes—ensuring that every transaction, listing, and communication is accurate, timely, and efficient. From overseeing bookkeeping and financial reporting to streamlining processes with custom-built automations, Andrew is the go-to problem solver for both agents and clients.

A systems thinker at heart, Andrew has rebuilt much of the backend infrastructure for the office, improving everything from file management and marketing workflows to onboarding and compliance tracking. His favorite part of the job? Supporting a dynamic team of agents who’ve become not just colleagues, but close friends.

Andrew also manages company-wide tech tools like BoldTrail, Google Workspace, Zapier, and PIVO 3D Tours, and he provides hands-on support for everything from social media strategy to IT troubleshooting. His background in photography and drone media allows him to contribute visually when needed, and his newsletters and blog posts help tell the Sea Glass story across platforms.

Before joining Sea Glass, Andrew spent decades as a public educator, department head, and coach, leading social studies classrooms and track teams while advocating for teachers as a union president. He also draws on years of experience in the hospitality industry—skills that translate directly into creating welcoming, organized, and client-centered environments.

Andrew is also actively involved in the Tennis Club of St. Croix, where he manages events and operations with the same care and precision he brings to Sea Glass. His work is driven by a deep love of community, strong technical skills, and a lifelong commitment to excellence and service.
