He loved the beautiful lush mountains, gorgeous beaches, clean warm water, fresh air, and friendly Virgin Islands people. Also, Joel speaks fluent Spanish.

As a Realtor since 1987 and a broker since 2007, Joel engages in several real estate specialties. He continues to enjoy the many attractions that St. Croix and the Caribbean islands offer, and he can name at least 100 fun things to do here (i.e., Salsa dancing & paddle boarding around Green Cay).
