With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Tisha Dadd is a seasoned, full-time Broker-Associate at Sea Glass Properties and a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors across St. Croix and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Licensed in the USVI, and previously in Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Tisha brings a rare depth of knowledge spanning residential sales, property management, and real estate development.

Before relocating to St. Croix, Tisha owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage on Amelia Island, Florida, where she specialized in new construction, renovation projects, resort-community homes, and short- and long-term vacation rentals. Her hands-on experience managing development projects and income-producing properties gives her clients a strategic advantage—whether they’re purchasing a primary residence, second home, or investment property in the Caribbean.
